Villa rents for season 2010

he villas are rented in the summertime (from the Midsummer week to the beginning of August) for a week at a time. The departure/arrival date is Friday or Saturday, depending on the villa. For the VIP Villa, the departure/arrival date is Monday.

For holidays (Christmas, New Year, etc.), the villas are rented for several days at a time. There is a separate holiday price list. Please ask for a package offer from our Sales Service!

The rental time on weekends starts on Friday by 4 pm (you can often arrive sooner) and ends on Sunday evening. The renting period for one day starts on Saturday at 1 pm and ends on Sunday evening.

The villa prices do not include linen or towels – if necessary, they are available at a price of € 9 / person.

The hot tubs are not included in the villa rents in weekends. The hot tubs include week prices at villas 1, 2, 12, Aallotar, Ilmatar and Tuuletar.

Pets are not allowed in villas 1, 2 and VIP.

The accommodation price for one day during the week and an extended weekend are more affordable; please ask for a quotation.
